At Eco Energy LED Ltd., we work extremely hard to try to avoid a situation where you are unhappy with anything that we do for you or supply to you, but we accept that sometimes things go wrong. If this happens, we will do our very best to help you, but we do ask that you bear in mind the fact that sometimes you may have unknowingly done something wrong, or others on your behalf may have fitted things badly or clumsily.
You will never find us unreasonable, but if you have a problem with any product we supply you with, we reserve the right to ask you to return the product to us for careful examination. If the product is faulty from manufacture, we will replace it immediately. If it has been damaged by whatever cause, we may need to charge you for a replacement part and for the cost of getting it to you. If there is a degree of urgency, we may ask you to pay in advance for a replacement part. If, upon examination, the part concerned is found to be faulty, we will refund these charges to you in full.
If you are buying bulbs, then installation is simple and generally well within the capability of most adults. Some other low energy lighting products may require specialist knowledge – for example, power supply units which convert 240 volts AC to a lower ( usually 12 volts) DC current. If you connect these wrongly, or overload them, they will fail. If you are unsure, please either employ the services of a professional and qualified installer or contact us for advice. Bad installation will invalidate any warrantee.
Finally, we reserve the right to ask you to provide proof of purchase if you intend to make any warranty claim.
